Freshdesk is excellent at email tickets, but the moment you need WhatsApp, Instagram, or live chat, you're buying Freshchat as a separate product with its own pricing and bot session fees. Teams end up with two inboxes, two billing lines, and two places to look for a customer.

Most teams are live in under two weeks. We import contacts, companies, and open tickets via CSV or the Freshdesk API, reconnect your channels (WhatsApp, email, Instagram, Messenger, web chat), and run a few days in parallel before you cut over. Macros, SLAs, and routing rules are rebuilt as-is — our onboarding team does this with you, not for you to figure out.
For messaging, omnichannel inbox, AI, automations, and CRM — yes, and usually in one product instead of three. Where Freshdesk is stronger is deep ITSM (asset management, change management, problem records); if you're running an IT service desk, Freshservice is still the right tool. For customer support, sales, and growth conversations, Voxys is the cleaner fit.
Two things. First, Captain AI handles 50+ languages including four Arabic dialects natively — Freddy is strong in English but thinner in Gulf Arabic. Second, AI is bundled in our Business plan, not metered per session. With Freddy Copilot and Freddy AI Agent priced separately per seat or per session, AI costs scale unpredictably; with Voxys, you know your bill on day one.
Honestly: a few weeks of operations time and the cost of running both systems for one overlap month. We don't charge migration fees, and onboarding is included on Business and Enterprise. The bigger saving usually shows up at month three, when you stop paying separately for Freshchat, Freddy AI sessions, and Freshsales.
Voxys runs outbound WhatsApp campaigns natively — template messages, segment targeting, scheduling, and reply routing back into the same inbox. Freshdesk is primarily inbound ticketing; outbound messaging on Freshchat exists but is limited. If marketing and support share a pipeline, Voxys is built for that; Freshdesk isn't.
Voxys offers regional data residency on Enterprise — EU, GCC, and US. Freshworks hosts in the US, EU, India, and Australia, but doesn't currently offer a GCC region. If your compliance team needs data to stay inside Saudi Arabia, UAE, or Bahrain, that's a hard requirement Voxys meets and Freshdesk doesn't.
