This Privacy Policy applies to: businesses using Voxys.ai to build and deploy AI chatbots (e.g. on WhatsApp via Meta's APIs); end-users interacting with chatbots powered by Voxys.ai; and visitors to the website or anyone contacting Voxys.ai support. The company commits to transparency and safeguarding your data. If the policy is updated, notification occurs via email or the Voxys.ai account dashboard.
Your data belongs to you
We collect only the minimum data required to operate our AI services. Data used for training AI models is anonymized and aggregated.

All WhatsApp messages are protected by end-to-end encryption (enforced by Meta). The organization undergoes regular third-party security audits to protect your information.

Why we process your information
Data processing occurs to: operate AI chatbots on platforms like WhatsApp through Meta's APIs; improve AI model accuracy using anonymized chat logs; prevent fraud, troubleshoot issues, and deliver personalized interactions; and comply with legal obligations (e.g. Bahraini or international laws). Legitimate interests include enhancing AI performance through machine learning (with human oversight) and sharing data with Meta for message delivery, analytics, and reporting.
Data we collect
From businesses: WhatsApp Business account details, API keys, and chatbot configurations. From end-users: WhatsApp IDs, phone numbers, chat histories, and transaction details, plus device information (e.g. IP address, browser type). Automatically: metadata (e.g. timestamps, message statuses via Meta's APIs) and cookies for website analytics.
AI & machine learning
Chat logs are anonymized before being used to train our AI models. Users may opt out of data usage for AI training via [email protected].
Data sharing with third parties
Meta Platforms: data sharing with Meta occurs to deliver WhatsApp services, subject to their Privacy Policy and Business Terms. No sale of data: we do not sell or rent your data to third-party advertisers. Legal compliance: data may be disclosed if required by Bahraini law.
Your rights
Users have the right to: access, correct, or delete personal data; opt out of AI training or marketing communications; and request a portable copy of personal data.
