How it works
Create a template
Write the email in the rich-text editor, add attachments, and drop in merge fields like {{contact.first_name}} or {{deal.amount}}.
Share with the team
Save it to a shared folder so every agent in the inbox can use it, or keep it private to your account.
Insert and send
In any reply, hit / to search templates, pick one, and Voxys auto-fills the merge fields from the CRM record.
